Chilcotin Holidays HR Training Program

We offer workshops on interest-based staff management, covering key principles on out-of-the-box staff management so you can better identify the interests, goals, and purpose of your staff and learn how to incorporate our system in your workplace.

What makes our program successful is that we combine real-life situations through wilderness activities. We facilitate this through a three-stage process for staff growth, evolution, and moving on.
